About PM.Ideas

PM.Ideas is a division of the Mindset Group (founded in 1998) – one of  Swedens largest training providers with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Johannesburg and Durban. PM.Ideas was established in 2001 and is South Africas leading project management and leadership training and consulting services provider.

The reason for our existence is to strengthen the capabilities of people and enable organisational improvement. This is achieved through aligning the right project management and leadership training and consulting services to the individuals needs. By targeting specific areas of development based on the individual’s specific requirements to deliver their work outputs effectively, both the organisation and the individual win.

Once the learner is back in the work place, they have access to our highly skilled consultants through telephonic, online or on-the-job coaching and mentoring. Mentors focus on the person, their career and support for individual growth and maturity, while the coach is job-focused and performance oriented.
